Welcome to Circle B at PBallProperties

Policies

We require that all guests abide by the following rules:

Reservations:

Please reserve our home with the intention of using it as scheduled. 20% of the reservation deposit is retained if canceled. Deposits will be forfeited if canceled within 30 days of the reservation date.

Payments:

We require the first night to be paid in full as the deposit to secure your reservation. Please make your deposit payable to Patricia Ball and note the house number and dates in the memo field. The remainder is due upon arrival. We will charge a $35 fee for returned checks.

Re-Booking:

We reserve our home a year in advance. When you check out, assuming that your group has followed our policies, you may re-book for the same dates next year. If you choose not to re-book at that time, then our home will be placed back on the rental market.

Vehicles:

ATV’s, Go-Carts, Dirt Bikes, and other loud, fast vehicles are not permitted. Violators will be evicted without refund.

No Weapons:

No discharge of firearms, of any kind, are permitted on the premises.

Property Care:

Since Circle B is in an area with other houses that will be occupied during your stay, we have a few rules that we strictly enforce:

  • Take good care of the property and river.
  • Please do not litter.
  • Do not disturb your neighbors.
  • Keep noise within reason. No loud music, loud noises, or public intoxication.
  • Please treat the property as though it were yours. Anyone who vandalizes our property will be turned over to local law enforcement authorities and charges will be filed!

Campfires:

Please do not build fires other than in the designated barbecue grills.

Wildlife:

While visiting Circle B you may see deer, birds and other forms of wildlife. Please do not disturb or injure any animals.

Real County:

Real County is no longer a dry county and you can buy beer, wine and liquor here. There are 2 liquor stores in Leakey. Please drink responsibly.
