Policies
We require that
all guests abide by the following rules:

Reservations:
Please reserve our home with the intention of using it as scheduled.
20% of the reservation deposit is retained if canceled. Deposits will be
forfeited if canceled within 30 days of the reservation date.

Payments:
We require the first night to be paid in full as the deposit to secure
your reservation. Please make your deposit payable to Patricia Ball
and note the house number and dates in the memo field. The remainder is due upon arrival. We will
charge a $35 fee for returned checks.

Re-Booking:
We reserve our home a year in advance. When you check
out, assuming that your group has followed our policies, you may re-book for the same dates next year. If you choose not to re-book at that time,
then our home will placed back on the rental market.

Vehicles:
ATV's, Go-Carts, Dirt Bikes, and other
loud, fast vehicles are not permitted. Violators will be evicted without refund.

No
Weapons:
No discharge of firearms, of any kind, are permitted on the premises.

Property
Care:
Since Circle B is in an area with other
houses that will be occupied during your stay, we have a few rules that we
strictly enforce:

Take good care
of the property and river.
-
Please do not litter.

Do not disturb
your neighbors.

Keep noise
within reason. No loud music, loud noises, or public intoxication.

Please
treat the property as though it were yours. Anyone who vandalizes
our property will be turned over to local law enforcement authorities and charges will be filed!

Campfires:
Please do not build fires other than in the designated barbeque grills.

Wildlife:
While visiting Circle B you may see deer, birds and other forms of
wildlife. Please do not disturb or injure any animals.

Real County:
Real County is a no longer a dry county, however you can only buy beer and
wine. Beer and wine prices may be higher than what you may find closer
to home. Therefore alcoholic beverages should be purchased prior
to your arrival. Please drink responsibly.
